Jung Eun Ji played Lee Mi Ran, a new gym member. She said, "This gave me courage to try something new. I was happy to work with great people."
She remembered lines like, "Our lives are engraved on our bodies," and from Episode 1, "If you leave now, I’ll wonder forever what I did wrong."
Jung Eun Ji added, "This project taught me how much sincerity and mental strength matter. Geun-bye!"

Lee Seung Woo played Alex, a med-school dropout with hemophobia. Hyeon Jung helped him rediscover purpose through fitness.
He said, "If even one viewer thought, 'Maybe I should work out for myself,' that alone means a lot."

Lee Da Eun shared, "Feels like we just wrapped. I was nervous often, but I gave my best and I’m thankful for all the support."
She added, "It’s hard to say goodbye to Ji Ran, but I finished strong because of everyone around me."

Lee Mi Do played Rosa, a senior trainer and emotional pillar of the gym. Her nickname was "empathetic trainer."
She said, "Rosa was a role I really wanted. I learned that exercise is not just physical — it’s also about loving yourself."
